What Good Standing means and how restrictions work on Schaire.

Overview
In simple terms
Account Standing is private. Only you (and authorized staff) can see your standing — not other members.
Account Standing reflects whether your account is in Good Standing or subject to warnings, restrictions, or suspensions. Standing is displayed on your private Account Standing page at /settings/standing. It is never shown on your public profile.
Good Standing
In simple terms
Good Standing means no active enforcement actions are limiting your account.
"Good Standing" indicates that no active warnings, restrictions, or suspensions are currently applied to your account. Past resolved matters may be retained in private records for safety and accountability but do not display as active standing labels once resolved.
Warnings
In simple terms
A warning is notice that behavior must change. It is not a public badge.
Warnings inform members that conduct approached or crossed policy lines and must not continue. Warnings are private, include policy context, and may escalate if violations recur. Warnings alone do not typically restrict core access unless paired with specific feature limits.
Restrictions and suspensions

Restrictions limit specific features. Suspensions temporarily block access.
Restrictions may limit posting, messaging, uploads, or other features proportionate to the violation. Suspensions temporarily prevent sign-in or platform use. Each action includes private explanation, effective period (if temporary), and appeal availability where applicable.
Restoring standing
In simple terms
Standing improves when restrictions expire or appeals succeed.
Standing returns to Good Standing when active enforcement actions expire, are reversed on appeal, or are administratively resolved. Members are notified privately of changes. Repeated violations may result in longer or permanent restrictions.
What we never expose
In simple terms
Other users cannot see your report count, warnings, or moderation history.
Schaire does not display report counts, moderation labels, or enforcement history on public profiles. Other members cannot see whether you have been reported or are under review.
