Schaire respects intellectual property rights. Members must not upload content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other proprietary rights.
Copyright complaints

Rights holders can submit a detailed notice. We review and may remove content.
Copyright owners (or authorized agents) may submit infringement notices to copyright@schaire.com including: identification of the work; identification of the infringing material and its location; contact information; a good-faith statement; and a statement of accuracy under penalty of perjury where applicable. We may remove or disable access to reported material and notify the uploader.
Counter-notification
In simple terms
If your content was removed by mistake, you can submit a counter-notice with required details.
Members whose content was removed may submit a counter-notification if they believe removal was erroneous. Counter-notices must include identification of removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury, consent to jurisdiction, and physical or electronic signature. We may restore content after the statutory period unless the complainant initiates legal action, as required by applicable law (including DMCA procedures in the United States).
Repeat infringement

Accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright may be terminated.
Schaire maintains a policy to terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances, following human review and our due-process framework.
