Security Policy
Keeping your Schaire account safe and reporting vulnerabilities.
Last updated: July 12, 2026
Account security
In simple terms
Use a strong unique password and enable multi-factor authentication when available.
Members should use strong, unique passwords and enable MFA where offered. Do not share credentials. Schaire staff will never ask for your password.
Multi-factor authentication
In simple terms
MFA adds an extra layer of protection. We strongly recommend it for all members.
Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is required for Schaire Command Center (SCC) staff and recommended for all members. Enable MFA through your account security settings or Clerk-managed flows.
Account recovery
In simple terms
If you lose access, use official recovery flows. Contact support if you are locked out.
Account recovery uses verified email and identity checks. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately and contact support@schaire.com. Recovery may require additional verification to prevent takeover.
Reporting vulnerabilities
In simple terms
Found a security bug? Tell us responsibly — we appreciate researchers who report privately.
Report security vulnerabilities to security@schaire.com. Provide sufficient detail to reproduce the issue. Do not publicly disclose before we have had reasonable time to remediate. We do not support unauthorized testing that harms member data or platform availability.
