We require appropriate legal process and review requests for validity and scope.
Schaire responds to law enforcement and government requests accompanied by valid legal process under applicable law. Requests should be sent to legal@schaire.com with agency identification, case reference, and specific data sought. Emergency disclosures may be made where legally permitted and necessary to prevent imminent harm.
Member notification
In simple terms
When the law allows, we tell members if their data was requested.
Where legally permitted and not prohibited by court order, Schaire notifies affected members before disclosing account information, providing time to seek legal counsel unless immediate risk requires expedited action.
Available records
In simple terms
We provide account metadata and content subject to law and our retention policies.
Available records may include account identifiers, registration information, IP logs, content, and private messages subject to legal process, retention schedules, and technical capability. Deleted content may not be recoverable.
