Subscription tiers

Free and paid tiers offer different quotas and features. Tier details are shown at purchase.
Schaire offers membership tiers (such as Free, Schaire+, and Schaire Premium) with distinct quotas and features described at checkout. Tier names, pricing, and included benefits may change with notice as described below.
Billing and renewals
In simple terms
Paid memberships renew automatically until you cancel.
Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe on a recurring basis (monthly unless otherwise stated). By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until cancellation. Prices exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Cancellation
In simple terms
You can cancel anytime. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
Cancel through account billing settings. Cancellation stops future charges. Access to paid features typically continues until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
Refunds

Refund rules depend on jurisdiction and will be stated clearly at purchase.
Refund eligibility will be published at checkout and in jurisdiction-specific addenda following legal review. Unless required by law, fees for completed billing periods are generally non-refundable. Verification application fees are non-refundable when review has commenced.
Changes to plans

We will give notice before materially changing what your plan includes.
We may modify tier features, quotas, or pricing with reasonable advance notice. Material adverse changes to active subscribers will be communicated before they take effect, with options to cancel where required by law.
